Anonymous asked: Why does it matter? Stop caring what others think and you won't conform.
It matters because conformity is evident in the universe (eg. in your family, religious beliefs, political opinions, deciding whether to get a quiff hair style or not). I find human behaviour interesting. I’ve been told I’m to analytical- I believe in fluff- words and bullshit. I think I just came to realisation that on my facade I say, “I don’t care what others think”, mainly because I’m so odd. I like to spend time by myself because greatly people shit me and I have no intention of relinquishing my principles. But I do care. Everyone does. I care what my parents think. I care what my boss thinks. If I had a boyfriend I’d care what he thought. I care what I myself think because that will lead me to feeling happiness or sadness. If you stop caring and you become self-centered, hollow and you stop caring for the people who care for you. To me that’s kind of ugly. However, care to much and you become insecure. The end point isn’t to care or not to care it’s the decision of letting it affect you. It’s a mother fucking grey world.
